QanoonX is an AI-powered legal intelligence platform that provides information about Pakistani law, including case law search, document drafting assistance, and legal Q&A. The Service is designed to assist with legal research and information — it does not constitute legal advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.

THE CONTENT PROVIDED BY QANOONX IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE LEGAL ADVICE. The Service is not a substitute for the advice of a qualified legal professional. QanoonX does not create a lawyer-client relationship between you and any person at QanoonX.

7. Accuracy of Information

While we strive for accuracy, QanoonX AI may occasionally produce incorrect or outdated information. Always verify important legal information with official sources or a qualified advocate. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information provided.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding public domain legal texts), is the intellectual property of QanoonX and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without written permission.

Content you generate using the Service (such as drafted documents) belongs to you, subject to these Terms.

9. Subscriptions and Payments

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
• All fees are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QANOONX AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
